Everyone was patient and kind. I was highly surprised
Zero stars: Does not listen and doesn’t address issues or concerns. His assistant Jessie is absolutely rude, hateful and useless as far as patient services.
Dr. Derby and his staff are awesome. There was little to no wait time when I arrived for my appointments. They listened and responded in a very caring manner in treating two different issues I had. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Derby and his office staff are AMAZING !!!!!!! Like others have said and I agree I would give Dr. Derby 10 out of 5 stars if I could.... He is the BEST !!!!!! Thank you for your service
