Dr Derby deserves 10 stars out of 5. I had a problem with my leg and had been trying to find out what was wrong with it for the last 9 weeks. I had xrays, MRI, Cat-scan, and PET scan, and finally was given an appt at Barnes in a few weeks. He looked at my records and immediately got busy to get me the attention I needed. He got my appt at Barnes moved up to that same afternoon and he personally called me to ensure that everything was taken care of. Very professional. Dr.Derby has patience and is passionate with his patients. Listens to them and helps them in any way he can. I’m very glad that I have chosen him!
We haven’t even seen the Dr yet, but he fractured his collarbone today. PCP sent referral and their office called within an hour😊 that is great patient service by both offices, no doubt the visit will be just as good!
