Zero stars: Does not listen and doesn’t address issues or concerns. His assistant Jessie is absolutely rude, hateful and useless as far as patient services.
Dr. Derby and his staff are awesome. There was little to no wait time when I arrived for my appointments. They listened and responded in a very caring manner in treating two different issues I had. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Derby deserves 10 stars out of 5. I had a problem with my leg and had been trying to find out what was wrong with it for the last 9 weeks. I had xrays, MRI, Cat-scan, and PET scan, and finally was given an appt at Barnes in a few weeks. He looked at my records and immediately got busy to get me the attention I needed. He got my appt at Barnes moved up to that same afternoon and he personally called me to ensure that everything was taken care of. Very professional.
