I'd had no idea that IEHP and Medi-Cal provided services for mental health. I was referred here for depression and anxiety. I got to talk to a therapist! For 1.75 hours. Megan is so conscientious and empathetic. That talk alone made me feel much more healed. Contrast this with a place in Redlands I went to, 10 years ago, where the guy just handed me a questionnaire and prescribed me meds; we had barely talked. At this place, talking to MD Megan, I left out of there feeling alive and hopeful. What a great experience.
