The entire staff pretends to care but in reality they don’t. Dr Potts has NO bedside manner and is very judgmental. In the medical field myself I have never encountered such rude sarcastic comments . I have given him over a year so I can get a good feeling about him but it is just worse. Example had appointment because I was sick was told by him to stay in my car he would see me outside, well after one hour of waiting on anyone to come and check me, I called and left.
