If a 0 was possible, that is what this office deserves. Debbie from Dr. Palmer's office did not do her job and did not show any compassion or assistance for Dr. Palmer's patients. She lied and said Dr. Palmer denied an order when the truth was that she never asked him about the order. Lying because she did not do her job is inexcusable especially when a patient's well-being is at hand.
