Dr. Kaplan is kind, caring and an excellent listener. He is always responsive to my concerns and very thorough in explaining my options to me in terms I can understand. Aside from being intelligent, experienced and extremely well-educated, Dr. Kaplan has a delightful sense of humor! He's the best doctor I ever had.
I've known Dr. Kaplan for many years. He is a caring doctor who cares about his patients. He is always friendly and have a very pleasant personality. He does not do any unnecessary procedures without complete knowledge. Once he was sitting at my beside when I recovered from surgery.
