Never actually made it to the office. I was hoping to use them as they were listed at the top of the page on metlifes page for my particular plan. The girl who answered seemed inconvenienced. Told me I had to call my insurance to verify I had a PPO. I just had put in my plan number and they were on it. When I asked if they could verify with my insurance ID she said " we don't have time at the front desk to be calling insurance. And by the way, october is our first availability".
