Nobody can find any fault with the quality of service that you receive from Carlin Vision other than the long wait times. The care was excellent. The billing department is a total disaster. Five months after my surgery I am still receiving bills for hundreds of dollars. I have Medicare plus excellent coinsurance coverage. I paid over $8,000 up front which was suppose to cover everything. It did not! I requested in writing an audit of my charges. This request WAS TOTALLY OVERLOOKED. I never received any response. I was shocked when I walked in. It is a gorgeous lobby and I was greeted like I had been going there for years and they all knew me. They even served refreshments. The front desk couldn't have been better and Dr. Carlin diagnosed my problem almost immediately. I will definitely be back!
Dr. Carlin and staff are amazing! I had LASIK done in May of 2017. The staff was helpful, and explained everything to me. Dr. Carlin was caring the day of my procedure. He and his staff helped to put me at ease when I was nervous. I am very happy with my results. I am free from contacts and glasses for the first time in 25 years. Thanks Dr Carlin and staff for an excellent experience.
Very pleasant. Listened to my concerns. This was the 3rd or 4th Eye Care Professional I had consulted regarding excessive tearing in my eye. Dr. Carlin did tests no other Eye Care Professional had done and came to a conclusion for further evaluation and treatment plan very quickly. I have already spent over $500 in prescription medications that did not help my condition and I feel if the appropriate tests had been done I could have avoided this expense. So happy to find Dr. Richard Carlin.
He was wrong about everything that was wrong with my aunt's eye... Didn't do cataract, watch glaucoma or deal with her dry eyes. Don't go here...the doctors are really bad.
Dr. Richard is very attentive, listens well and consults with you on manner of care. I trust him greatly.
