I had sinus surgery almost 3 years ago. It was done so poorly I still require reconstructive surgery. I had an ENT at U Miami tell me I was butchered. Dr Callari had me on antibiotics for more than one year and the infection I was gifted never cleared and I still have it today. After one year of follow up appointments Dr Callari stopped returning my phone calls. My quality of life has been significantly damaged due to the horrible surgery he performed on me.
