The experience I am writing about is about the care that my step-mother, Linda received recently from Dr. Chandler in the ER. He was so supportive, so engaged, thought of things outside the box to test, went out of his way to bless this person with his care. If I have to go to the ER, I would be so happy to see him. Our family thanks you for your dedication to the patient, seeing her as a whole person, and was in no way dismissive, but really listened.
