Dr. Baverstock I really liked him and his approach. He listened to my concerns and gave me advice for the future. I would highly recommend him, not in a hurry to do surgery in a very sensitive area.
Dr Baverstock himself is a very kind caring doctor and very innovative in his treatments of chronic uti's however his support staff leave much to be desired. Cara the RN is knowledgeable and helpful when she is available but the red tape nonsense between their office and ahs protocols is ridiculous! The reception staff seriously need further training in patient relations ie. Politeness, how to deal with people, acting like they care even just a little bit.
