I had been a patient for a couple years when I ended up with excruciating pain in an upper molar where I could not sleep or eat. I had xrays done with them, but was never informed that I had any decay on that tooth. I called right away to be seen as an emergency situation and the secretary told me they couldn't see me for at least 2 weeks. Worst dentist not sure if he a real dentist told me to go elsewhere to get my teeth fixed told me how he didn't know how to fix my teeth wouldn't recommend him to do your teeth just A kid out of diapers
Dr. Richard and his son made this place the best. Since Moss took over everything has declined. Dr. Moss upon first time meeting a long standing patient was definitely no bed side manner friendly. The hygienist that did my cleaning the last several times was rough and talked more than she cleaned. I canceled an appointment and yet they still charged me $45 no show fee. ANDREA MOSS - DISMISSED ME FROM THE OFFICE FOR ZERO REASON GIVEN. IN MY OPINION IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE FACT I HAVE TATTOOS AND DONT MEET HER STANDARDS. I STILL HAVE YET TO FIND ANOTHER DENTIST.
