I cannot recommend Dr. Barry and his team enough! His partner recently retired who I saw for many years. I was so bummed but without hesitation changed to Dr. Barry. At my first appointment with him, I was greeted with warmth and compassion. Dr. Barry and the staff were incredibly caring, kind, and patient throughout my entire visit. My wife and I had used this office for many years but when the Dentist that we used retired, we decided to move on. We had been using a discount program that cost $35 a month, so I called the office and asked that the billing stop as I would not be returning. The next month I was billed any way; I called the office to remind them that I had asked them to terminate the billing and how do we get that charge credited to my card and was told that " we don't handle that, you have to go direct to the provider". Dr. Barry has worked with my whole family on multiple dental services. We are so happy to have moved to LifeTime Dental a few years ago and now we have our forever dental home. The staff is so courteous and patient with all of us. Excellent service.
Dr. Richard Barry immediately makes me feel comfortable and at ease with his warm, kind welcome upon arrival! With gentleness and a reassuring manner, he listens to concerns, answers questions and explains procedures and treatments, paying special attention to detail and providing a pain-free experience! I can honestly say that I look forward to going to my dental appointments with Dr. Barry, and always leave with a smile upon my face!
