Awkward visit, I got a strange vibe from the doctor. Also the ‘office’ is more so a house and a little run down inside (hole in the wall, slightly dated); there was no additional staff aside from the receptionist (who was very friendly) but still, my gut told me everything just felt a little off. Also, the office billed me for a visit that should’ve been covered by insurance.
I don't really like to go to the dentist, and to be honest was very nervous to go to a new one. Dr. Serchuk was welcoming from the second he saw me. He explained everything with details, gave me tips, and was probably the first and only dentist that seemed to actually care about what I was saying. I am happy to have found him.
