Terrible. Not once did he come to see my dad or call after my dad had been to the hospital three times in the last year. Even after suffering a stroke, you would think he would call. Nothing! And the staff in the office is no better. Rude, Not helpful, non compassionate.
This doctor is horrible .i have to go for hysterectomy surgery, i went to his office in the morning he didn't tell me if i had a heart murmurs and gave me clearance for the surgery .the gynecologist was so. Shocked and send me to have an ekg exam and the test revealed that i had 2 main veins clogging When i told him he wasn't care
he is an outstanding cardiologist who has saved my life- His testing caught my heart attack before my heart attack caught me.
Absolutely the most wonderful doctor ever! He is easy to talk to and very thorough. I feel like I am in the best care :)
Very arrogant. Very rude. When I learned my dad was dying I flew immediately to Fl. Waited hours in the hospital for Polakoff to come. He was extremely annoyed his golf game was interrupted and refused to discuss my father. Said he spoke to my uncle and one discussion was enough. Anyone treating someone who just learned their father only had hours to live in such a mean uncaring way doesn't deserve the respect of the title Doctor.
Dr. P is like a good ole friend. He cares for your health and well being with concern and medical ability. Easy going, good listener, and fine doctor who also smiles.
I think he is a good dr and has a good staff that cares about patients, HOWEVER they hired a new girl about 3 months ago, Desireen, that is just so mean and nasty to all the patients that she has no business working in a Dr's office! She gets information mixed up and treats patients terrible. Referrals take 1 week! I think this girl is going to single handedly ruin his practice! This lady talked so meanly to my wife.
