I began to explain my health issue to the intake nurse/receptionist and she began to laugh in my face! Next, Dr. Richard B. Kasdan, MD takes over the interview and asks, "So what do you want from me? A doctor's note so that you don't have to work anymore?"
Extremely satisfied with this Dr and staff. Very helpful and they listen. I highly recommend.
Extremely rude and condescending, he did not even let me talk. He did absolutely nothing and didn't even look at my previous mri. When I realized this appointment was going south I said that I felt like I needed to see a different Doctor because he was not listening to me and went to leave. He he got extremely mad. He started going off and told me I was "not old enough to have back pain" and that I'm "making everything up" and "blaming my problems on other people" because I was the problem and not him... what?
