If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a provider and I (unfortunately) rely on Dr. Chitsey and his office to get our patients taken care of. The staff is rude, seemingly incompetent, and Chitsey himself is arrogant, prideful and, presumably, is as neglectful of his patient care as he is his administrative duties. It takes MONTHS for us to get the documents that we need from him and this office in general. Other providers in town take a week on average. I've used him for years and I have had absolutely no issues. He doesn't bullcrap you about anything and tells you exactly what his medical opinion is.
Terrible. Treated family members horribly.
Best pcp I have ever had. He listens, discusses treatment options and provides excellent and knowledgeable treatment. I see complaints about his bedside manner. I don't see a problem. I enjoy a relationship of mutual respect and caring.
He came to room spit out what he had to say and never address the issue. Seems to not care
