This has been one of the worst dental office experiences. I was told that payment had already been collected and everything was settled. Months later, I suddenly received a bill for the same services. When I called to address the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and combative instead of helpful. Even worse, I was forced to pay the bill today just to put an end to the stress they caused — despite being told previously that my balance was zero. Dr. ASSING IS THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! WE MOVED TO CLEARWATER AND I PLAN ON MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM ASAP. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK.
I have experienced over 10 years of excellent service at this dental office. Definitely consider!
