GREAT Doctor, So-So Staff Dr. Paat is a wonderful primary care physician, willing to address problems unlike most other "wait and see" doctors. He is confident in his abilities and really puts you at ease. The staff is a different story. You usually wait 30-60 minutes after arrival and if you call, you will be put on hold for 5-10 minutes.
