The front desk staff is unbelievably terrible. They are rude, mean, inconsiderate and have no manners. They treated my mother very bad. My mom forget her vaccine card however she had all 3 shots for covid, and they refused to have her see the doctor. They treated her like she was infected. I am very disappointed to have people in the front desk with no manners. I could have emailed them the card later , but they would not hear of it, I tried calling CVS to get the record but they were. no help either, my mom recovering from ... read more
The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. I am going to be switching my doctor because of her - I cannot even get my prescription filled as an asthmatic patient.
Dr. Miller is terrific. He has been taking excellent care of my wife, Anna Longaker. He is professional, compassionate and concerned. I highly recommend.
I haven’t even been to my appointment yet but I called to schedule one and the receptionist who answered had horrible customer service, hung up and did not call back. I called back and she gave me such a bad attitude I hope there is someone else who answers phones because if not she will bring this practice down.
