The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail.
