Dr Blosser explained the procedure and was very pleasant . The procedure took 15 minutes both colonoscopy and endoscopy .
Very rude receptionist who ignores appointment requests and then denies the request after the scheduled time had already past. Do not recommend.
We had the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Blosser for inpatient care for my daughter at Stone Springs hospital. My daughter went into the hospital with a previously diagnosed condition that requires the use of a feeding tube as she is unable to eat or drink by mouth without vomiting. The reason for the hospital visit had nothing to do with her pre-existing condition, she was unable to use the bathroom. This review is long overdue, but I feel it’s important to share my negative experience with this practice. I initially chose this clinic based on its many positive reviews. However, after taking a closer look at some of the lower-rated ones, I realized that others have reported similar issues with my experience—particularly regarding the lack of follow-up care and the professionalism of the front office. This office doesn’t return calls and collects unnecessary fees because they haven’t checked with insurance before your appt. Been trying since October to get $500 back and just get the run around. Was told in June a check would be sent at the end of the month and as of today nothing. BEWARE….fraud is happening here.
