I've seen Dr. Rubio twice, but I will not return because I believe he is not sane. He was very charming the first time I met him. Now, returning 4 months later as he had asked me to in order to check on how I was doing and to reorder bloodwork he'd had me do on the first visit, he first lectured me about the Coronavirus scare being overblown and refused to order a repeat of bloodwork because "he did not understand it" He said he NEVER ordered the bloodwork I asked for, even though he was holding the same bloodwork results fr... read more
Dr. Rubio took his time in listening to my concerns and before leaving the examination room he made sure that I understood all of his recommendations. I am from El Paso Texas and drive more than 50 miles to see Dr. Rubio. Great Doctor.
As I waited in the examinating room, i could see him chatting with his staff of young women for over 20 minutes, laughing and carrying on about things. He finally enetered the room and asked why i was there, but never really cared to look at the issues. He just rewrote the RX for the same doses and then sent them Walgreens and not to CVS where I had instructed. The time I spent in his office was a horrible experience, just a waste of time. He doesn't listen to your concerns nor answers questions
Did not take my concerns seriosuly at all. After looking at the reviews online i saw others also had issues with rubio laughing in their faces when trying to explain their issue. This is very upsetting because i should have had a medication change but he just told me to break the pill.. I didnt even get to explain that doing that in the past also gave me the same symptoms. He doesnt losten and walked out the room and i didnt even know my appointment was over.
