Idk why all the bad reviews doctors are great they know what they are doing to help people out. I am shocked at how much people really think that they are better than someone else. Front desk or not they are people and they have alot of things going on and if they don’t help you right away, well go to the office. Not that hard.
I’ve been going to this doctor for years. I really like Dr. Ugras but I think it’s time I find a new doctor. I’ve called 6 times got put on hold and been on for 20 minutes waiting for someone to make the appointment. The staff is the most unprofessional and incompetent I have ever seen! Wait on the phone for an appointment then you go for your appointment and wait hours to be seen! 👎🏽
Dr. Ray is a good doctor however, the front desk staff will require a lot of training. Getting an appointment is always an issue and even when you get an appointment the wait time is endless - you may have to drop everything to sit at the reception waiting to be seen. I have paid my co- pay twice but had to leave without seeing a doctor. Enough of the nonsense; there a way better and courteous practices out there and I've found one. P.s: your experience may be different from mine if you are spanish
I called twice, (as a new patient), to schedule an appointment both time I called, I got rude Staff on the phone, no helpful at all and with a nasty attitude. Really bad impression as a new client.
