Dr. Ray is a good doctor however, the front desk staff will require a lot of training. Getting an appointment is always an issue and even when you get an appointment the wait time is endless - you may have to drop everything to sit at the reception waiting to be seen. I have paid my co- pay twice but had to leave without seeing a doctor. Enough of the nonsense; there a way better and courteous practices out there and I've found one. P.s: your experience may be different from mine if you are spanish

I called twice, (as a new patient), to schedule an appointment both time I called, I got rude Staff on the phone, no helpful at all and with a nasty attitude. Really bad impression as a new client.

Im giving his Office 3 Stars because Dr. Rey is a wonderful and knowledgeable physician. We truly appreciate his care and expertise. However, the experience with his office staff has been consistently frustrating. It’s extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone, and calls are rarely returned. We've had to call multiple times just to get a basic response, and when we finally do reach someone, the attitude we receive is dismissive at best. Worst office staff! Dr Ricardo Rey is a wonderful caring doctor but his nasty staff is ruining his practice. They are the most uncaring, unprofessional, rude, incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I took my mom to another Dr. This is unfortunate because she really liked Dr Rey but this office needs to be completely overhauled with new staff. It boggles my mind how Dr Rey could allow this to happen.
