I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ricardo Munoz and his staff. The office is clean and inviting and I was immediately greeted by the staff. I was seen right on time for my appointment. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Tillie and Ana took great care of me. Dr. Munoz is very warm, kind, knowledgeable and very friendly. I was ready to go in there and JUST have my pap done but Dr. Muñoz asked me if there was anything else I wanted to discuss. Other doctors would dismiss me, gaslight me and would tell me to schedule another appointment to discuss anything else because they couldn't bill it under the annual exam. They would literally tell me to stop talking. I felt heard. He really showed concern for my well being.
