Worst front office I've ever seen. Minimum 10 minute wait on calls and a very confused staff that seems to not have patients concerns very seriously. Always confusion with this office. We are looking elsewhere
DR. Alvarez has always been very compassionate and patient with my mother who is 87 years old...his officce staff very helpful and ready to help . We are happy to have found him. Also my husband has been a patient for about 10 years for diabetes and his health is wonderful! Thank you Dr. Alvarez
Dr. Alvarez is a really good doctor. My husband sees him because the VA set it up for him. The blue hair Medical Assistant likes to hold my husband's medication for 3 or 4 days until I call complaining. My husband has diabetes and has really bad neuropathy and anybody who has diabetes knows the pain of neuropathy. The blue hair Medical Assistant refuses to do her job and they really need to get rid of her because she's not helpful at all.
Told me to wat more carbs. Only gave me metformin. Wouldnt give me a monitor. Changed doctor's found out I was type 1, late onset and needed a monitor and insulin pump.
