Just booked a new patient appointment and I asked the receptionist to spell the street name because I couldn't understand. He said "mmhmm" then hung up on me. After being placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes, that's just really poor customer service.
It’s hard to find good physicians that listen and care. Dr. Valencia has been amazing
