I've never seen Rhonda R. Masterson their. Took my fur baby( Cat/Abe) there after some kids had beat him up. They put him in a kennel & said they would run ex-ray, told me they would call me as soon as they new something. Never received a call. Went up there next day when they opened. To sit with Abe. Comfort him & let him know I was still here for him. Abe was in a kennel "Not Clean"; Dry cat food in a bowl. No water. Had him hooked up to a IV. I would ask how is he doing.
