I have referred several clients to Dr. Smeds over the years and she has done a phenomenal job. Very professional and helpful to those needing therapy.

If you're struggling with any type of emotional/psychological or physical abuse , and with your commitment to do the work, she can definitely re-center you and put you back on the course to embracing YOU and all the wonderful things about YOU! She literally SAVED MY LIFE.....I've seen numerous therapists over the years and she truly helped me pull all the 'whys' together to successfully embrace the authentic me.
