Unpleasant experience. I was assigned to Dr. Berhane by MassHeath. The receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for a checkup because I had “no current medical records to give them”. She was so coarse and uncaring. This Doctor should be reported to the MA medical board and MassHealth.

Dr. Berhane is an excellent doctor. He is very kind and caring. He really takes his time with you and genuinely cares about his patients. I have had a few pcp’s through the years, mostly on south shore where I lived for 20+ years and this guy blows the doors off all of them. We are lucky to have him in Walpole!!
