The best dentist ever. Very professional team. He explained everything in depth. I can’t really understand the 1 star reviews. They are all about the dentist’s attitude while he is so nice and polite. How come your reviews are always 1 star and not even 2 or 3 star? You sure it’s not personal or racism?The majority 5 star reviews are true and I personally recommend him.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr Reza and his team. Everything was explained clearly before the procedure began, which helped me feel informed and relaxed. Dr Reza was incredibly gentle and thorough. I truly appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist, I highly recommend Dr Reza. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future dental needs!
As I write this review, I see the clinic has 22 reviews, and 4 of them have only 1 star. Spot the common theme in those other 1-star reviews. I wish I had read them before I visited myself. Now there are 23 reviews, and 5 of them have 1 star. My reason is not unlike the others. After suffering the dentist's rude and arrogant tone for too long, words were exchanged and I stormed out, with steam coming out my ears.
I would not recommend Central West Dental. Always consistently late, dismissive, and came across as extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Although his dental nurse is lovely, and I don’t know how she puts up with his rudeness! The appointments felt rushed and lacking in genuine care or explanation. The cost was incredibly high, and I now feel completely ripped off after seeking a second opinion, which confirmed what I thought.
