I don’t think the other one star reviews are lying. You probably don’t have a choice in Adelaide but if you do, I highly recommend going elsewhere. My experience in attempting to get an EEG here was one of utter cruelty. I was told of similarly nasty and discriminatory experiences here of those with mental health struggles when I reported it to my NDIS Local Area Coordinator. The guy is a super hero. Came in during his annual leave for a bedside consult at Calvary. Came back the next morning for a follow up. There is a 6 month wait to see a neurologist in Australia and to do what he did is so far above and beyond it’s not funny. Thank you.
One of the most horrific and traumatising encounters I have ever had. In one of the most vulnerable places I have ever been in - had severe and I mean severe pain chronically for months on end. Was incredibly sick and unwell. He laughed in my face and told me there was nothing wrong with me and to go home and leave him alone and how dare I take up his time. I read dr Casse reviews all referral, that's obviously not the case. I was informed by a receptionist that I not sick enough with my migraines to even gain an appointment or be put in his wait list seems my gp hasn't tried 3 X medications yet. Seriously ! Maybe I can't take other medications. How would a receptionist know. ? Bit poor in my view , I know dr Casse is a good dr and would help me.
