Quite a few years ago now I had severe vestibular neurosis. Dr casse was amazing I was hospitalised a few times. B4 he came along and finally after 3 weeks in hospital with physio etc he helped enormously plus after 20 years of chronic migraines he fixed those as well. He said to me "I have no idea how you. Manage to function..your migraines are so serious. So thankyou Rey Casse. After treatments and lots of appointments..all fixed
Admin needs to be across the board in terms of knowing what Dr Reynolds Casse is accepting referrals for. I called multiple times over 2 years to see when his books were open, finally they were, so I put in a referral. I explained to admin what I was being referred for and what treatments I needed and was assured it would be accepted. Two months later I received a call to be advised it has been rejected and trying to recommend an alternative neurologist saying "you can call them and find out if they do x and y"... I don’t think the other one star reviews are lying. You probably don’t have a choice in Adelaide but if you do, I highly recommend going elsewhere. My experience in attempting to get an EEG here was one of utter cruelty. I was told of similarly nasty and discriminatory experiences here of those with mental health struggles when I reported it to my NDIS Local Area Coordinator. Someone else was told to “suck it up.” After confusingly nasty responses from his staff member when I arrived and went to pay for the EEG, I had a func... read more
