Dr. Reynolds is very rude and arrogant. When he went to school for his education he must have skipped the day they went over bedside manners. I had kidney stones that should have taken care of with a day surgery procedure. However I ended up being admitted for almost a week. I totally understand things happen. He never explained anything to me. The information I had was from the nurses and what I gathered from MYCHART. I spoke with a case manager about it. He kept telling us the cancer wasn't outside the bladder. We asked to go to MD Anderson cancer center where we found out the cancer was indeed out of the bladder and occluding the left kidney. He told our oncologist we fired him. What a joke! We asked for another opinion. Thank goodness. Who knows where we would be if we stayed with him.
I've been with Dr.Reynolds since I was a kid. I was born with renal reflux disease. Dr.Reynolds has helped me through multiple surgeries and VCUGs. He has even been kind enough to continue to see me into my adult years.
