In echoing with a previous review, Dr. Markan is one of the best doctors I’ve worked with! She takes her time with you and cares about you! However, I’ve grown really frustrated with the office staff and how it is run. I can never get someone on the phone and even after leaving messages, I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I’m really upset but I think I will have to find a different doctor because of this.
Dr. Markan, she is an amazing dr. Im her patient for the past 7 years. But her staff are the worst, NEVER answer the phones or call back. I did bring this to her a couple of times, but she didn't care. So finally, giving up on this practice.. getting a simple prescription shouldn't take 6 months of calling or leaving VM.
Dr. Markan is AMAZING! There is no doubt she has her patient's best interest as her top priority. She takes the time to listen and answer questions. She doesnt just tell you what to do. Nor is she judgemental. Her passion for her job and her empathy for her patients is front and center. At the 1st visit, she gave us hope for the first time in a long time. On the second visit she made some changes to my son's meds after we weren't seeing results and two weeks after the change we are seeing improvements. I seldom look forward ... read more
