He was an extraordinary iphone repair technician! Extremely knowledgeable and fixed a very difficult issue than another technician caused! VERY fortunate to be able to get my phone fixed by someone who took a great deal of care!!!! He updated, sent images explaining what was wrong and got it fixed in a fast paced manner.
