Dr. Rennie Cheung is a very skillful surgeon with a funny sense of humor. He does what is best for the patient, and treats the patient as if he/she were family. He communicates the treatment plan clearly. The office staff is very friendly, and the office is very clean and modern.
Dr. Cheung is an outstanding oral surgeon. I had a sore/lesion on my tongue caused by trauma of first a burn then biting for over a year. Both a PCP and two ENTs told me "not to worry about it" even when I kept telling them it rips open if I eat toast. One doctor said, just eat soft food LOL.. wth??!! I googled what to do about the sore and research said to see an oral surgeon to "laser" or cauterize it. Excellent oral surgeon, and I highly recommend. Very skilled and high quality. Dr. Rennie Cheung takes care of his patients.
I can't comment on the quality of the dentist or the office, but was disappointed when I wrote (snail mail) last February about whether there might be consideration for financial aid on an implant. I never heard anything from them. At least a phone call acknowledging my letter would have been respectful.
I can not speak highly enough about dr cheung and his surgery. I had a lower wisdom tooth removed over the holiday period - the surgery was so quick and efficient, dr cheung is a super skilled and experienced surgeon. But also a super nice guy who cares about his patients - on day 5 post tooth removal, I developed symptoms and some components of dry socket (potentially caused by a glass of champagne on New Year’s Eve) and I woke up on day 5 with pretty intense throbbing pain in my jaw.
