My old Emory primary left Emory so I had to find a new one and Dr. Basu is wonderful. She treats the whole body and has a thorough comprehension of medical needs. Her staff are friendly and professional. I’m so glad I found her on-line.
I’ve been with Dr Basu since 2021 after my stroke! I love my pcp because she genuinely cares about my health and the decisions I make that may affect me! She very attentive and professional! Every visit I’m greeted with warm and no judgment and I will continue my healthcare with her ! The entire office is a relaxed vibe 🥰
I’ve been going to Dr. Basu for about 4 years now and she is very attentive and knowledgeable. The wait time is never long. I keep saying I will find a closer physician to me but I’d rather drive the 45 to 60 minutes once or twice a year for a caring doctor.
Do not go to this location. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Called a few months ago bc i was feeling sick a nurse took my message saying they will call me back if i needed to come in… like what in the world anyways they never called me. Then it took them 4 days to change a prescription. And i called 3 months later to change the dose on the prescription, called left a message with someone and 3 days later i called again left a message with another person and guess what and its been 8 days and no prescription change not even ... read more
