Blue Shield insurance assigned me doctor De La Rosa around early 2018. I decided to go and see him one day for an appointment and my mother came along with me. This was a before the COVID-19 pandemic. I thought the appointment was decent, not amazing, but the doctor didn’t give me any problems, but my mom definitely got a bad vibe from him during the appointment. If I could i would give this doctor a no star and a 0. Very disappointing doctor the worst experience ever. He is not helpful but he’s only good to his Filipino Patients and as well as the staff were very rude but if your filipino, they treat you like family. He just pats me on my back and doesn’t try to help me Or check up on me and he doesnt refer me to the specialist I need. I was recommended to have a mri done and I asked Del La Rosa to refer me and he said “it wouldn’t be beneficial for me” but yet doesn’t help find out... read more
If I could give him a zero I would. Every time I have an appointment scheduled he runs at least 45 minutes late. He claims he wants to take time with his patients, he shouldn’t schedule so many if he is unable to handle them.
He always listens and advises my wife and me on how to get fit. Looking forward to our next visit.
I can tell Dr Dela Rosa is the best doctor as of my experience for so many years being a patient of him.
