Absolutely appalling experience. If you’re not a White Russian or don’t speak Russian, don’t even bother with this place. I called simply to ask if I could make an appointment, mentioning that I hadn’t been there since 2022 and wasn’t sure if I’d still be in the system. The older woman who answered — clearly with a Russian accent — hung up on me mid-sentence. No explanation, no courtesy, just flat-out rude and dismissive. I had a great experience with Dr. Ginsburg at Gitlin Dental in Bethpage. I came to her requiring quite a bit of work on my 6 front teeth. Throughout the process she was great, her assistants as well. I had teeth removed, root canal, porcelain bridgework...she was awesome. Quite gentle too :) very happy!!! Thank You So Much :) Donna Coleman
I had a terrible experience with Renata. Not only she broke my veneer during a routine procedure, but she also showed a lack of care and professionalism in handling the situation. The staff was unapologetic and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone seeking quality care and respect for their dental health.
Years ago I went for root canal. I got infection. Never forget that . Not very clean
