Now I know why she has a 3.5 star review. I asked for a referral for physical therapy after having knee surgery and she wants me to come in for a visit so she could get paid for the visit. I can even walk and she wants me to come in what a joke.And don't reply that you have no record of me coming there because you don't even know who this is. And the girl put me on hold for 8 mins before I called back and she said that she didn't speak to me. Time to find a new doctor.
First of all be ready to wait for about 2-3 hours before they you call in. When finally they call me and I saw a doctor and explain to her my problem, she said oh don’t worry more then 50% of my patients have a same problem. I don’t think it’s a right answer that you can hear in office from a doctor! I don’t care what others have, I came with my problem. If I could give 0 starts , I’ll give them 0!!!

This office is terrible! They overbook and make you wait for hours. The receptionists are highly unprofessional and pretend not to understand you when you try to explain the overwhelming wait time! I was told I didn’t have to wait at all for a blood test and ended up waiting 2 hrs not to mention the stress about moving the car!
