I had a very disappointing experience at this medical office. The girls at the front desk were extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly do not know how to communicate with patients respectfully. The interaction felt uncomfortable and stressful because of their attitude. I finally decided to change my medical office because I no longer want to tolerate this kind of treatment. Patients deserve kindness, professionalism, and respect — especially in a healthcare setting.

Ужас!!! Очереди по 2-3 часа! Персонал ведет себя ттвраьительно!! Хамят открыто пациентам бросают трубку ! Настаивают назначать визиты к док ору по всякой ерунде!! Страховка платит!!!
Dr. Kanukayeva is a knowledgeable and very strong diagnostician. Couple of years ago I came with severe cold and cough, with symptoms of bronchitis and instead of prescribing me strong cold medication doctor assumed that it can be mononucleosis, took a test and test was positive. I got over the illness without complications and without unnecessary medications.
