I just call d office dis young lady hang up on me an say she in got time. For dat am calling to get my image for my tomorrow if I don't get it dey will b cancel I will have. To find other doctors
I cannot say I would recommend Dr. Menon to anyone. She became my PCP in 2020 when I came to Apollo Medical. She did my annual physical with bloodwork and my results came back positive for syphilis. After having the results back from the lab for 2 weeks and no one reached out to me a representative from the Department of Health noticed that and had to call me to inform me I tested positive for syphilis. My 2nd visit and I must say I love them. They called me back in 24 hours and they worked with me as far as scheduling my appointment AND they were all so pleasant in person. I have been to other medical offices BUT I must say here I REALLY LIKE! they r thorough with their exams and they listen....glad they accept my insurance
I regret changing my primary care physician to Dr. Menon. I am unable to reach anyone at the front desk; when someone does answer, you will be placed on hold.
She is a very caring and thorough physician.
