Although I am very impressed with the level of empathy and professionalism of his staff, I was shocked by the size of this man's ego. I Had been seeking two implants not covered by insurance so I am aware I am paying out of pocket and prepared to do so. He first advised that I wait for 3 to4 months while his 'colleagues' discuss their approach.
