I had initially written a glowing review about Dr. Kwo, however my opinion has changed drastically. I was initially impressed with his care, office staff, etc., however I am now disappointed with the cars I have received. I had problems with medication prescribed and called the office. I was told I would receive a call in the next couple of hours. Needless to say, I did not hear back. I called the next day. Again, the dr did not get back to me. I called a total of five times in 5 days.
The doctor was very knowledgeable professional and compassionate to my problem. The staff was wonderful. I'm a new patient and I would recommend him.
