Dr. Davis at Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida in Fort Myers, documented in my medical record that I have lost zero pounds and do no exercise yesterday on 2/12/2026. He previously referred me for Gastric Bypass and noted that again. He reported this again and referred me to another surgeon. I have lost 15 pounds while taking Zepbound at 7.5 mg almost the highest level and doing PT weekly for over 30 sessions. I told the nurse and Dr. Davis this at my appointment. Had surgery laminectomy Dr Bono. Still had severe pain after months. Assistant refused to my request for a second MRI. Had one done by pain management. It shows I have the same problem. Amy was particularly rude refusing me medication even after telling her that my pain management doctor would not prescribe above surgical pain. Treated so badly for asking for a non opioid medication. This is the Sarasota office.

I saw the surgeon in Sarasota called Dr Bono from Biospine. He did a laminectomy on me. I was still in sever pain and complained about back pain. I went to his office for a followup and he told me I did not need my back brace any longer. Several days later I called made an appointment because I was still hurting. They sent me steroids which did not work but gave me weight gain. When I saw his assistant I requested an ex Ray. I was told it came out fine but I was not buying it. I asked for a script for another MRI but was ref... read more

Dr Davis operated on my back. I walked in at 930AM in level 9 pain and walked out at 230 Pain Free. I didn't even need a Tylenol. I thank God every day for Dr Davis.

I had a lumbar laminectomy done at L5 S1 and it didn't hurt much before but now a month after Surgery I'm in pain almost every minute I'm awake and I'm 23 and worried my life is over, I hope it heals DO YOUR RESEARCH
