After our sons surgery she was very rude especially myself in the medical field. When a child comes out of surgery this behavior shouldn’t be tolerated. She needs improvement with how she comes across for sure, especially in a sensitive situation. I wouldn’t want other parents to go through the same situation.
We absolutely love her!
