I tried on several occasions to each someone at the number that was listed for her and could not get a return call. The most I finally received was a VERY impersonal text message advising me to visit mdvip.com or call 877-886-1411 for further information. I called the # again and same message so I sent a text back trying to clarify that I needed to join MDVIP even though she was listed as a physician with my insurance.
