Worst dr office to contact with, i would give 0 star if could - receptionist lady is also main nurse- who does not listen you well! thats also weird/ and waited us few weeks just to check our records to see dr accept us for vbac then she just turned us down without any further explanation! Our current dr also did not like their approaches and surprised the act - but at the end we waste few weeks here not check other dr then all other dr welcomes us for a great candidate !! I recently experienced a miscarriage and most of the team lacked empathy. I called the doctor to inform i started bleeding ( which she told me because this is what was expected per labs) the nurse said the doctor would call me back and it wasn’t until the next day the nurse called and said “ to call them back when i was in pain “ i never experienced miscarriage before so i was pretty nervous what bleeding was normal and what wasn’t and a family member pointed me to my new doctor who made sure everything was okay and continue... read more

I’ve now known Dr Jacob for over 10 years , I had all three of my pregnancies and deliveries through her medical expertise, she’s the best doctor hands down , her bed side manner is amazing , she truly cares about her patients and will make sure they have the best experience, she takes her time and understands there concern , her staff is also really nice I would recommend dr Jacob in a heart beat ! I’m so glad I found her as my obgyn ! 🤍
