I should give - 1 star but my bad. Lol Their management sucks. The messed up with my cycle as we are ttc. And now when i confronted them with all proofs they are denying to give appointment for the dr reena. Their nurse said on call that i do not need any medicine & just have to book an ultra sound appointment. And now on the ultrasound day they sayng you are responsible if you didnt took medicn. I am extremely disappointed with the management at Dr. Reena Jacob’s office. While a medical clinic should focus on patient care, professionalism, and respect, unfortunately my experience with their management team was the opposite. The front desk and management staff seriously need training on how to communicate with patients. The way they speak comes across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Dr. Jacob is the best! Before I started visiting her office, I had a procedure done by an OB-Gyn from HCA. The recovery was very painful and uncomfortable. I never went back to that OB-Gyn. When I started looking for a new doctor, I came across Dr. Jacob. I’ve never felt uncomfortable talking to her about anything. I had the same procedure done by Dr. Jacob about a year after my last one at HCA. The recovery after Dr. Jacob’s procedure was so much different than my previous one.
