Staff and service is as friendly as it gets.
They have now deleted the reason why I obtained my card through them in the first place. Their “$500” store credit voucher is a scam and a LIE. They no longer and never was able to use my $150 store credit at TRUELIEVE. I drove 50+ minutes (one way) to my closest Truelieve just for them to tell them they had no idea what I was talking about when I handed the voucher. Now that “voucher” is deleted from their website. I would have never gotten my card through them, if it was going to be based on LIES.
