Dr Redmond has been my pain specialist for 15 + years & she is a good doctor . But only thing is when you call & have an issue the receptionist don't answer the phone , always get the answering machine & then it's to late you've missed your appointment & you get charged $60 even if it's not your fault but if not paid then your left without your pain meds & go through withdrawls . Dr. Redmond has been my Pain Specialist for 17 yrs. She has always been professional and actually listens to what I have to say without dismissing my symptoms. She likes to paint the whole picture like what's going on at home, work, school, kids, etc. to try to get to the root cause or at least what might be making the pain worse or fatigue. She is probably the best professional I have ever seen and she doesn't have an ego like most either!
I have been seeing Dr. Redmond for 15 years now. She always gave me the proper medication for the pain.
