Just called for a referral, front desk lady, very dismissive and rude. Hung up right on my face and i wasn't even done. Learn how to run a business and have better communication skills
Worse front desk ever. Extremely rude. If i culdve left less than one star i wouldve.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr ishak for 20+ years. He's very thorough, takes time to engage and assure that your questions and concerns are addressed. Also, the office is very well organized. It is rare that the phone rings more than twice before someone picks up. We feel fortunate to have Dr ishak and his staff available to us.
Treat patients like family. Great responsible doctor.
