I used to try to get the best value for my money but after getting treatments with Dr. Small, I truly realized that you get what you pay for. Her office does not have the cheapest prices around but I love the results and I look great ' why go cheap when it comes to your face! Dr. Small's skills with botox and dermal filler are absolutely fantastic. I've also had laser treatments with her nurses who are also really good. I have been a patient of Dr. Small for several years and have always admired her skills and gentle manners. 2 years ago I was going through a divorce and actually broke down one day during a treatment with Dr. Small. That was when I found out that Dr. Small is a wonderful person and healer on top of being a great doctor - she spent a long time at that visit and for several visits after that listening to me and talking with me through my whole ordeal. I have been a patient of Dr. Small since 2005. I came initially for botox and was so impressed with the results that I asked Dr. Small to treat me with fillers also. I have since had IPL and other laser treatments from Dr. Small and her nurses. I brought my daughter to Monterey Bay Laser Aesthetics for her acne and Dr. Small was so wonderful that I became a patient myself. We are very happy with all of the treatments. Dr. Small was very knowledgeable and gave my daughter several options for her acne. I tried botox for the first time and Dr. Smalls gentle bed side manners made me feel very comfortable. My daughter and I are both getting laser hair removal treatments and I am looking forward to getting my first dermal filler treatment with Dr. Small.
Dr. Small and her staff are top notch. I first came in for my sunspots - Dr. Small took her time to explain all the treatment options and the wonderful staff made sure I did not leave the office without everything I needed to maintain my results. At follow-up visits, Dr. Small also took her time to give me a comprehensive plan to help me look my best and maintaining it. I love the fact that she took so much time with me at the initial visit that was completely complimentary.
I have been to Monterey Bay Laser Aesthetics many times and every time I have an appointment, they know my name and are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Small is professional, listens to all of my concerns, and has a genuine interest in helping me get the results Im looking for.
